12/5/19 Day

Well late start at 11, went to go get Murray up in the morning and fed him

Now nice trip to glasgow green where walked him, let him play other dogs in enclosed area

Home now dog drop off then out on adventure

Adventure took us to Bread meats bread, 1st time at place, delicious food with great taste hot dog here.  Chat hannah, rather dull need work on this

Then went shops hannah, 1st place carpets review as need bit for front where Murray chewed it when younger.  Later TK maxx, hannah reviewed possible presents for mum but nothing here and now we head home.

Or so I thought.  Instead we travelled to Aldis, where did a shop.  Hannah annoyed still no strimmer for the garden.  Then head on home.

Then in, worked on evernote and journal, while Hannah tv, murray play.  Later off morrisons for choc, noticed stress reason to go and space for myself.

Trip unhealthy food, tried bagels but sold out - noticed self importance pay convenience to reduce annoying ticks in day eg pre-sliced bagels pay extra for it to reduce annoying stuff draining me.

Home, walked murray with hannah to smaller park, ball throwing fun, but ball destroyed poor quality

Home, then in, chat hannah and play murray.  Issue tree garden, hannah still annoyed that planted it, need to resolve issue hannah disliking me doing things as not right

Then Murray bed, chat hannah tv victoria while I went to work on SAH website and also browsing, updated journal and evernote here.  Then she went to bed.

Stayed up, reviewed evernote more, motivation wave hit so riding it eg improved work on journal and blog idea daily reduce stress.  Later relax and then game of thrones enjoyed it but tiring.

Day 5 Calming down but progressing still

Well Day 5, better late than never.

Here had an early wake up as hannah mum and dad down.  Now chat then went to get sorted.  Mum and dad down, so chatted and had breakfast. 

Then we went to glasgow green where had fun walk with murray and logie as well as hannah, mum and dad.  Then help someone that collapsed in the park due to faint from dog bite.

Then later on had time with hannah and Murray.  Also worked on Evernote and journal here.  Then went to play with Murray and do training with him, after dozing.

I also walked murray again to tire him out.

Then later on went to work on app which got working as well.

Then off to bed worked on Evernote and journal here then sleep

Day 4 - Plan encounter reality but still steady as it goes

Today Day 4 all is well for now.


Day started off well enough, got up and organised easily enough.

Now down, Murray outside then play and bed.  Did some new trick training with him here as well.  Then I departed myself.

Now walked along TED talk, and got train then chilled here listening to a bit of Conquest of paradise, put me in a better mood here.

Afterwards in work, then got sorted more cutting to get sorted out as well.  

Had a nice break then Renal biopsies today as well, so got ready for that and ended up with 2 before lunch.

After finish went to head on lunch resisted by using headphones youtube video reduced chocolate to two bars.

Then went to go and cut before away.

Travel home listening to youtube on train and way back along with updating Evernote. 

Once back, I went to go and changed.  Then downstairs, had dinner then here organised self and worked on evernote and journal.  Also Tv, relax then work on book as well as sorting gumtree and phone on ebay/gumtree.  Also went to call home caht to mum as well.

Then went to collect hannah.  Then went to head up to bed at 10.00.

Day 3 - Plans working so far so good and work again

Today Day 3 still going strong.

Day started off well enough, got up and organised easily enough.


Now down, Murray outside then play and bed.  Then I departed myself.

Now walked along TED talk covering info on treat tech as a friend, and got train then chilled here listening to a bit of Champions by falloutboy, put me in a better mood here while I worked on fixing emotions after yesterday arguments

Afterwards in work, then got sorted more cutting to get sorted out as well.  No renal biopsies today although one tomorrow planned.

Had a nice break then more cutting before lunch.

After finish went to head on lunch gave in and had chocolate as enjoy eating chocolate feeling won and did not resist.

Then went to go and cut before away.

Travel home and morrisons got fruit as well as dinner and chat hannah.

Once back, discovered Hannah playing with murray.  I went to go and changed.  Then downstairs, had dinner then here organised self and got prepared for tonight.

Then went to play murray and organise evernote and journal as well as brief chat hannah although still awkward after yesterday issues.  Then watch tv - eastenders then a series of unfortunate events.  I also designed app that can take pictures here too.  Then worked on novel introduction.  Then went to head up to bed at 10.00.

New year Day 2 - Struggle arguments but learning taking place

The day began with silly argument and ended with a horrible one. 

Well I arose, when hannah woke me at 12.10.  I changed as normal and got ready. 

Now things took a different turn, as hannah upset as she wanted me up earlier and to get away to lisas for 1.30.  She was upset and arguing and I responded in kind. 

Then the dump got rid of rubbish chest that Murray no longer needed and other junk.  Then we drove to Lisa place. 

Now arrived and I did work on helping move furniture the reason we were there.  Then chat before leaving for b&q.

Now drive to b&q and we got storage units here, after issue shop assistant unable to locate price tags. 

Later on drive home disaster arguing ensures again.  Got worse in Morrisons then drive home. 

Afterwards relationship deteriorated as arguing got worse as hannah attitude irritated me she stormed off and I clear up only for things to get worse.  TV stargate then play Murray who was upset. 

Eventually sent apology WhatsApp messages fix it but still not great.

Then watched TV - series of unfortunate events then bed after laundry sorted. 

After that I went bed and did work to sort out journal etc here. 

Experiments and things I learnt
  • Sleep morning now next challenge
  • Learn importance of emotion control to prevent arguments
  • Importance of others as poor Murray upset due to arguing
  • Arguing waste of time missed gym and fruit as result
  • More productive with bed early

Happy new year day 1

Day 1
Up let Murray out then put him to bed after an hour. 
Bed went to try have sex with hannah but did not happen as unable to get her in the mood. 
Left paisley and chat here, but awkward people saying too easy going with Murray discipline then also he escaped so keeping eye on him, later nice walk Murray
Argument hannah over feeding dog human food by family over earlier on
TV series unfortunate events then bed same time

Experiments and things I learnt
  • Sex need work on seduction skills
  • Discipline need work on Murray and own skills
  • Arguing noticed mood slip up, control better, prevention better than cure
  • Bed same time good for teeth, getting more productive as well
