The day began with silly argument and ended with a horrible one.
Well I arose, when hannah woke me at 12.10. I changed as normal and got ready.
Now things took a different turn, as hannah upset as she wanted me up earlier and to get away to lisas for 1.30. She was upset and arguing and I responded in kind.
Then the dump got rid of rubbish chest that Murray no longer needed and other junk. Then we drove to Lisa place.
Now arrived and I did work on helping move furniture the reason we were there. Then chat before leaving for b&q.
Now drive to b&q and we got storage units here, after issue shop assistant unable to locate price tags.
Later on drive home disaster arguing ensures again. Got worse in Morrisons then drive home.
Afterwards relationship deteriorated as arguing got worse as hannah attitude irritated me she stormed off and I clear up only for things to get worse. TV stargate then play Murray who was upset.
Eventually sent apology WhatsApp messages fix it but still not great.
Then watched TV - series of unfortunate events then bed after laundry sorted.
After that I went bed and did work to sort out journal etc here.
Experiments and things I learnt
- Sleep morning now next challenge
- Learn importance of emotion control to prevent arguments
- Importance of others as poor Murray upset due to arguing
- Arguing waste of time missed gym and fruit as result
- More productive with bed early
