Today

1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 8.30 by Murray, to take him out of caravan
  • Then after fed him, quick out then back in
  • Then duolingo here, before doze till 10
  • Had quick breakfast here too of bacon and scrambled eggs Hannah made
  • Now to create a magical day, I travelled to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here get rid of dross in life.
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed to see Hannah and Murray

3.   Caravan

  • Here went to go chat Hannah
  • Chat then we went to head on out

a Beach

  • Threw ball for Murray here
  • Later on we went to go on back

B North Berwick

  • I went to go out Hannah, had lunch with Mum, dad, ian and fiona here and harris
  • Then we walked along streets, Hannah got some stuff before we headed on back

4. Mum and dad caravan/lodge

  • Then here, chat mum and dad for a bit
  • Then we had lunch here, hannah got Murray stuff from caravan as well
  • Then went to go play cards for a while and chat, also chat fiona and iain here as well
  • Then we went to go and head back to caravan
  • Also walked Murray with Mum, dad here for a while

  • Now we drove on back to the house

  • Then back, chat Hannah
  • Chat Hannah for a while as well before she went to bed
  • Then updated Journal as well here, then felt unwell after that and tv - black lightening

  • Now to create a magical day, I travelled to the bathroom

  • Tried out experiment with controls to fix issues with aurora but no luck here

  • Now lift from Hannah to dunbar caravan
  • Issue left charger so back to get it, Hannah grumpy
  • Then in car, not much talking as could tell Hannah not in chatting mood

  • Then set up water and lights with ally assistance here on locations etc
  • Walked Murray outside for a bit
  • Then went out to ASDA with Hannah

  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

  • Listening youtube - Evan carmicheal
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change, chat Hannah

  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

  • Also vitamins taken + cereal with fruit, nuts and seeds, not needing to use epicure taste here as food was still good

  • Called up company to complain about this here, but not much could do

1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00, remembering not to abjure this with time, instead Paean it
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.7kg

  • To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change, chat Hannah
  • Then meditation and duolingo here
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • As tailbone sore, left doing quick exercise 12 push ups murray interrupted
  • Also vitamins taken + cereal with fruit, nuts and seeds, not needing to use epicure taste here as food was still good
  • Also did training with Murray here sit, paws, down, roll over and wait, come
  • Added word of the day as well - solipsism

  • Then leave at 7.50 here lift from hannah

3. Adventure

  • To get to work I got a lift on down to work

  • Went to go work in smalls, also got team for euros here as well
  • Now then away at 4.45.

  • Then home, welcome Murray, chat Hannah briefly
  • Got changed upstairs
  • Next went to go and feed murray
  • Now went to browse notion here and news
  • Also had dinner leftovers from yesterday Hannah made
  • Went to do some interview prep with Hannah but Murray being a pest
  • Then later on went to go and walk Murray

9.  Home

  • Then work on notion and journal here
  • Did bit of interview prep with Hannah
  • Also put bin out as well
  • Hannah bed chat just before she went

  • Also gave Hannah backrub

  • Then 12.10 then bed
