    1. Wake up
  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.30 then went to the bathroom.

  • Then I went to take care oral health as brushed my teeth after dental floss and listerine. Then shaving, went to weigh self 84.6kg.
  • Then shower listening to Gary vee.
  • Then changed then went downstairs.

B Downstairs
  • Then downstairs after changed. Had time to fill the lacuna in my stomach with cereal. No ned to chasten myself as did provide myself sufficient time this morning.
  • Also took herbs and spices too
  • Fed and played with Murray here and let him out.
  • Noticing how the use of new words helps avoid my journal becoming boilerplate like as well as acting like a phalanx to defend my learning here.
  • Also went to do sit ups (15) starting point here
  • Cleared up garden as well
  • Now left at 7.50

2. Adventure
  • To get to the station for work I left and then began my leviathan journey along borne my bag on me too
  • Walked along to work here listening to TED talk - Atomic clock to help space exploration
  • Then to get to work at the station I got on the train at 8.09

  • Now went got started up at 8.30.

3. Work
  • To help, I went to work on embedding here with Aimee and Emily
  • Then I went on off for tea at 10.30.

  • Then went on to chat for a bit here in the foyer.

  • Now went to finish up embedding
  • Then went away as course on this afternoon helping to choose new hospital location

4.  Excelsior stadium
  • Now lift sylvia to new monklands scoring
  • Here in, chat and had presentation, interesting about new site info
  • Had nice if big lunch here too
  • Then we finished up, issue as IT system crashed so no result yet till later

5.  Coatdyle
  • Now lift sylvia here to station
  • Here rain on for a bit then train
6.  Train
  • Here browsing for a bit
  • Then arrived easterhouse
7.  Easterhouse
  • Now went to walk on back
  • After that went to morrisons
8.  Morrisons
  • Here got choc
  • Tried to get mothers day card but no good ones here
  • Then headed on home
9.  Home
  • Then in, went to go and play Murray
  • Then browsing while Hannah went to watch tv then she left
  • After that tried to watch tv but murray in mood, so took him walk

10.  Walk Murray
  • Now walked Murray through estate here
11. Rest of night
  • Then went to go and try calm murray down
  • Also went to work on evernote
  • Watching batman begins too
  • Did work on app here + discovered website had a few issues to resolve
  • Then Hannah back, brief chat and realised just how bad our communication is now

Lunes Monday 9/3/20 March Marzo

1. Wake up
  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.30 tired but forced self up in this semoiternal style struggle to awaken in time
  • I then took the impetus but did not flounce and went to the bathroom

  • Wake up most important as first challenge of day

A Bathroom
  • Then I went to take care oral health using floss then listerine before I brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • Weight 83.6kg as well
  • Then went to shower here as well, listening to YouTube - Jeff bezos then changed before went downstairs.

B  Downstairs
  • Then downstairs let Murray out here
  • Had fed Murray using dry biscuit contraption with wet and seaweed too made him happy and stopped any Plaintive expressions on him.
  • Then chilled out and not feeling addlepated today. 
  • The goodbye here to Murray was not too bathetic as see him later on.
  • Then sorted out before Murray treat then away at 7.50

2. Adventure
  • To get to work I went along to the station.
  • Listening to Ted talk covering neuro synapses
  •  Then train at 8.09

A train
  • Now went to doze here listening to motivational talk Tony robbins

  • Now arrived and went got started up at 8.30. 
  • Sorted boots as well

3. Work
  • To help, I went to work on dissection smalls with Colin
  • Fine today loading work
  • Then I went on off for tea at 10.30.

  • Then went on to chat for a bit here in the foyer
  • Also worked on my journal as well as Evernote

  • Now went to work on QC here
  • Then went for lunch at 12.00. 

c Lunch
  • Then went to go to library, work on emails as well
  • Did some work on social messages here as well

d Lab
  • Went to go work on smalls with colin before away for tea at 3.30. 

E Break
  • Went to go and chat in the foyer again
  • Journal updated here as well

F Lab
  • Now went to sort smalls as well before finished by 4.45. 

Walk coatdyke
  • Now walked along to coatdyke then on train. 

4. Train
  • Now on the train.   
  • Browsing here for a bit
  • Also updated evernote and journal here

5.  Easterhouse
  • On the way back walked on down home and stopped at morrisons

  • Here got choc before head home

  • Issue over choc weakened when go into shop

6. Home
  • Then home, big welcome Murray and said hello to hannah
  • Got changed upstairs and then fed murray
  • Dinner of tin here
  • Then chat Hannah for a while
  • Play murray, but he got fed up as rain outside so no walk
  • Put bin out as well.
  • Also went to go work on updating python skills
  • Also work on data science earlier app work on ICC app
  • Also went to work on biomed course info too
  • Tv - something about mary to chill out murray who barked for a bit
  • Also sorted out journal as well here

7.  Bed

  • Now went to go use floss, listerine and brush teeth
  • Read kindle - Napoleon biog
  • Then sleep at 1.00
