  • Social skills have paid off handsomely here - Invite to do presentation here

  • To plan for today I awoke at 7.15 by Murray, bit tired but ok
  • Next went on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Now went to go feed Murray and let him out
  • Then upstairs, chat hannah then doze till 11.30 + browsing
  • After that, I then went to the bathroom

  • Here floss, listerine, brush teeth before shaving
  • Weigh self at 83.6kg, Recorded on phone
  • Then shower using shampoo, body wash and facegel
  • Then go get changed into black jeans, blue jumper here
  • Then head on downstairs to prepare for day after made bed

3.  Downstairs

  • Now downstairs, chat Hannah then did some browsing for a bit after breakfast she made
  • Then went to go and walk Murray

  • Now went to go and clear up the poo in garden here, took while as not had a chance to do so recently
  • After that chat Hannah for a bit
  • Then browsing before went to go and work on updating journal
  • After that did work on SQL, getting better at queries here
  • Also did some work on python as well here, beautiful soup scripts made more sense
  • Then went to browse and do memory work - own one here for google links of it url in title etc
  • After that got Murray fed and sorting out notion
  • Also spoke on whatsapp with mum, fiona, dad for a bit with harris too

  • Took Murray around past railway line here
  • Then home

  • Then had Thai curry hannah had got yesterday for me
  • Did research into google searching here and browsing too
  • Also chatted with Hannah
  • Chat Hannah here too, before she went to bed
  • Here I now put Murray out
  • Also browsing here - Tv - paul after a while, lack of new tv here
  • Then organised my CPD and notion here + invite to do presentation for renal group
  • Then bed at 2.10

  • To plan for today I awoke at 7.30 by Murray, bit tired but ok
  • Next went on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Now went to go feed Murray and let him out
  • Now put on washing here as well
  • Then upstairs, backrub hannah then doze till 11.30
  • After that, I then went to the bathroom

  • Here floss, listerine, brush teeth before shaving
  • Weigh self at 84.6kg, Record on phone
  • Then shower using shampoo, body wash and facegel
  • After that cleared up bathroom
  • Then go get changed into blue jeans, light green jumper here
  • Then head on downstairs to prepare for day after made bed

3.  Downstairs

  • Now downstairs, chat Hannah then we went to work on emptying shed stuff
  • This took a while as got it out and put in round side of house or in downstairs bathroom here
  • After that packed up everything and left for the dump

  • Half hour wait as busy before we headed on back with Murray too

  • Now went to put washing away as well as sorting browsing
  • Threw Murray ball for him here as well

  • Then call home, speak mum, dad and fiona here + harris
  • Then chill with murray and updated journal and evernote
  • Then tv - the order before took Murray out

  • Then had pizza for me, while Hannah got chinese, and had some of starter here
  • Also did some work sorting out python here

  • Also watch tv - the order and browse
  • Then bed at 2.30 after dozing

  • To plan for today I awoke at 7.30 by Murray, bit tired but ok
  • After that, I then went to the bathroom

  • Now went to go get Murray ready after let him out
  • Now back upstairs again, doze then went to browse then bathroom at 11.20

  • Weigh self at 82.9kg, Record on phone
  • Then go get changed into blue jeans, green jumper here
  • Then head on downstairs to prepare for day

3 Downstairs

  • Now went to go and chat with Hannah
  • Had nice breakfast she made of sausages and bacon here
  • Then went to go and walk Murray

  • After delay parking, finally got there and walked him
  • Very busy but Murray enjoyed walk as sun out today
  • Then finished up and drove him on home

  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

  • Then fed Murray and out

  • To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change, chat Hannah here as well
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs
