1. Wake up
- To plan for today I awoke at 6.00, remembering not to abjure this with time, instead Paean it
- Slight issue as thought it was weekend today when awoke
- Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom
A Bathroom
- Then I went to take care oral health floss, listerine and brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
- To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.9kg
- Listening youtube - Tony Robbins
- To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as conditioner body wash and facegel stuff
- To get sorted out and went to change
- Also duolingo updated here x2
- Now to get sorted headed on downstairs
2. Downstairs
- Here went to go feed and let Murray out
- Also got cereal, vitamins, seeds and nuts
- Did training with Murray here as well
- Also got yesterday and today journal updated here and notion
