  • Then went to go doze till 11.30
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 81.8kg
  • Listen to youtube - tony robbins here video
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go browse for a bit
  • Put washing on as well
  • Then went to go to have pizza here for lunch
  • Then Hannah back, chat to her here as well
  • Then later on, took Murray a walk

  • To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

  • Now went to go feed Murray and walked him outside
  • Then upstairs, chat hannah then doze till 10.00 + browsing
  • After that, I then went to the bathroom

  • Here floss, listerine, brush teeth before shaving
  • Weigh self at 83.1kg, Recorded on phone
  • Then shower using shampoo, body wash and facegel
  • Then go get changed into Blue jeans, Green jumper here
  • Then head on downstairs to prepare for day after made bed

3.  Downstairs

  • Now downstairs, chat Hannah then did some browsing for a bit after breakfast she made of bacon and eggs
  • Then did some work on notion, browsing and also worked on renal presentation here too
  • Then went to go and take Murray to paisley

  • Now went to go feed Murray and as garden getting done, took him out
  • Then upstairs, chat hannah then doze till 12.30
  • After that, I then went to the bathroom

  • Here floss, new mouthwash, brush teeth before shaving
  • Weigh self at 83kg, Record on phone
  • Then shower using shampoo, body wash and facegel
  • After that cleared up bathroom
  • Then go get changed into black jeans, red/blue/grey jumper here
  • Then head on downstairs to prepare for day after made bed

  • Now downstairs, chat Hannah then we went to take Murray out

  • Then sorted out washing and chat Hannah
  • Worked on journal and notion here + work to get laptop to stand up on own + backup on harddrive as well
  • Also chatted with Hannah
  • Then browsing and work on notion stuff
  • Chat Hannah here too, before she went to bed
  • Here I now put Murray out
  • Also browsing here + work on renal presentation
  • Also watch tv - American Gods
  • Then bed at 1.00

  • Then dozed for a bit after that till 10.55.
  • Then up and got ready to leave

  • Now had the op to remove tooth, after xray taken and confirmed extraction needed
  • After that walked on back, messaged to say had it done

  • I then did got in, messaged Hannah and also family
  • After that some browsing, journal work
  • Also emails checked and messaged Gordon to let work know will be back tomorrow
  • Then I updated my journal and evernote
  • Then went to doze for a bit here as tired out and took Ibuprofen
  • Then went to sort out notion and also chat to Hannah when she got home
  • Then went to work on sql as well as emails and reflective learning for blackboard
  • Also did social plan as well and slack
  • Next went to chat on whatsapp to mum and fiona,
  • After that went to browse and sort emails, stuff before fed murray
  • Then had dinner myself of Soup hannah made me
