1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00, remembering not to abjure this with time, instead Paean it
  • Slight issue as thought it was weekend today when awoke
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health floss, listerine and brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.9kg
  • Listening youtube - Tony Robbins
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as conditioner body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Also duolingo updated here x2
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Also got cereal, vitamins, seeds and nuts
  • Did training with Murray here as well
  • Also got yesterday and today journal updated here and notion

  • Went to chill a bit as well
  • Then leave at 7.30 here

  • Also got a tour round the lab chat to people here - Fiona, Jennifer(not in), Lorraine all team leaders + later on went past Neuropath area with iain in charge here + later on chat with Naomi here too
  • Then finished up at 1.30

A lunch

  • Went to walk along to canteen area

  • Then browsing here and had lunch of apple + choc for £2.67 from WH smith after a wonder

  • Then went on back again

  • Leg abductors opposite 70kg 3x12
  • Back pull 65kg 3x12
  • Then 12 push ups and 1 min position x2
  • chest incline at 60kg 3x12
  • Then went to go get changed
  • Here in jacuzzi for a while chilling
  • Then steam room before changed
  • Then left for Morrisons
