A Wake up
To plan for today I awoke at 6.30 then dozed till 6.55.
From the sleep, no remembering oneiric but perhaps in future a diary of dreams will help.
Not Raddled today which was good, then I went to the bathroom to begin the Shard of an idea to reach the apotheosis peak of performance and not just work as a minion.
Will use my own volition and the asperity of this situation to grow and improve on my sleep system.

B Bathroom
Then I went to take care oral health using floss then listerine before I brushed my teeth.
Then shaving was fine, weight 86.4kg. Had time for showering, so changed then went downstairs.  Listening youtube Tony robbins. Hair is fine but does require the tonsorial services in the near future.

C Downstairs
Then downstairs after changed and packed bag.
Then fed murray and play with him as well.
Next browsing then left at 7.50.

Now walked to the station here
Now went to go board train here.
Problem with ted talk signal in phone

Off train, then motivational music - Then man and phoenix as walked on down to work here.

3. Work
To help, I went to work in dissection
Had petula scribing for me here
Then break at 10.30

Break
Went to go and chat in tea room for a bit with Ryan and Brian

b Lab
Now went to work on dissection went for lunch at 1.00.

c Lunch
Then went to go to get sandwiches for £2.90 at shop with Brian.
After that back to tearoom, chat here with him and gordon as well

d Lab
Went to go work on dissection, sorting before away for 3.30

E Break
Went to go and sort emails with CPD and also Naomi about possible dissection talk
Chat in foyer  for a bit.

Issue Journal, need to make time for it
Good got emails sorted so just keep at it

F Lab
Now went to sort dissection as well before finished by 4.45.
Also helped in lab chat gordon and spoke amie about CPD email if possible here

Best way improve is social conversations

Now walked along to coatdyke
Called hannah as well here
Here browsing before got on train

Train
Now went to go and browse for a bit
Then got off at easterhouse

Easterhouse
Now walked along home

A Home
Now in, call hannah see when back
Then upstairs to change
Then downstairs again
Considered ordering in pizza but not in mood so did not go for it
Then Hannah called said on way home

5.  Rest of night
Then hannah back now
After that chat then fed murray here
Now we tried Murray with his new anti-bark collar
Next had dinner of Curry that ordered in
Also went to train Murray as well
Then worked on journal here
later on hannah chat before she ended up in bed, have her backrub here as well
I then stayed up working on Evernote, then interview prep
Now went on up to bed at 2.00, after let murray out.
Reflect
Dog collar helping but wait and see for now
Issue dozing at night creeping in, set bed time

6. Bed
Now went to floss, listerine and brush teeth here
Then bed browse before sleep at 2.20.
