Here is my Sunday Post
1. Wake Up 5 min
- I woke up at 11.20, as Murray wake up went bathroom here
2. Bathroom 30 mins
- Here I went to go and floss, listerine before brushing my teeth before shaving.
- Next weigh self 85.5kg.
- Then showered as well listening to youtube -improving self. Then downstairs after changed and spray bathroom.
3. Changed
- Then went and changed here
- Future will need a yen to impetus myself here before I went to head to bathroom, portend of future here if I was being Finicky and disawow any pretensions to stay in bed and not like newspeak here either before downstairs
4. Downstairs
- Then downstairs, here emptied bins, put on washing for towels
- Then chat Hannah before leaving to walk Murray
5. Murray walk
- Murray walk here around the estate
- Behaving was good from him today
- Then got on back home here
6. Home
- Once in, went to go and sort Murray
- Then went to go and head out with Hannah
A Drive
- Now drive to braehead with Hannah
7. Braehead
- Here chat for a while
- Then in, went to go and head out for Lunch with Hannah
A Pizza express
- Now went to have lunch with Hannah
- Here had dough balls, pizza american pepperoni and choc fudge cake
- Here chat about future weddings plans, car - Hannah keen on new one,
- Also briefly saw Lisa and Callum who were going to cinema but could not hear them as outside
- Now chat before head on out to arcade
B Arcade
- Now arcade as Hannah wanted to use this to chill
- Let Hannah play before we left
Drive
- Now lift from hannah here on way back
- On way stop as Hannah wanted to look at Volkwagen tiguan at arnold clark braehead
Home
- Chat murray and hannah then went to go and walk murray
8. Murray walk
- Walked Murray around the estate here
- Behaviour was good here
5. Rest of night
- Now back in, murray sorted
- Chat hannah and then try calm murray
- Also message Iain, Ross + reply Iain night out organised for tmw
- Work on evernote and also journal
- Now hannah went to bed, chat then put on tv for her before downstairs
- Now went to go and watch the Artificial life
- Also went to relax here
- Later on work on evernote as well as letting Murray out, then he went to bed early tonight
- Also work on journal, blog and mastodon
- Also went to update data course
- Did work on biomed learning too
- Then bed at 2.00
6. Bed
- Now then floss, listerine brush teeth.
- Sleep at 2.30
Ideas
Did lots of learning here, getting it into a system now
Organisation of night out going well here for next week
