Yesterday Improvements
- Make time for notion, lost due to tiredness
- Importance of looking at emotions when persuading people

Today
- Wake up
- To plan for today I awoke at 6.30 by Murray, bit tired but ok
- Next went on downstairs
2. Downstairs
- Now went to go feed Murray and as garden getting done, took him out
- Then upstairs, chat hannah then doze till 12.30
- After that, I then went to the bathroom

- Here floss, new mouthwash, brush teeth before shaving
- Weigh self at 83kg, Record on phone
- Then shower using shampoo, body wash and facegel
- After that cleared up bathroom
- Then go get changed into black jeans, red/blue/grey jumper here
- Then head on downstairs to prepare for day after made bed
3. Downstairs
- Now downstairs, chat Hannah then we went to take Murray out
a Murray walk
- Now took Murray out for a walk here past railway line
4. Rest of night
- Updated journal and notion here too
- Laptop having issue with screen going to be a problem
- After that chat Hannah and browsing
- Then later on Hannah upstairs to do sewing stuff
- I went to get Murray fed, then later on had pizza
- I went to watch DC titans
- Then sorted out washing and chat Hannah
- Worked on journal and notion here + work to get laptop to stand up on own + backup on harddrive as well
- Also chatted with Hannah
- Then browsing and work on notion stuff
- Chat Hannah here too, before she went to bed
- Here I now put Murray out
- Also browsing here + work on renal presentation
- Also watch tv - American Gods
- Then bed at 1.00
5. Bed
- To Improve health use floss, listerine and brush teeth, facecream
- Updated journal and notion after browsing
- Read kindle here as well - saints of salvation here, not long as tired out
- Then bed and sleep at 1.20
