  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.30
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.3kg
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and chat play Murray
  • Then fed Murray and got him out, milk in too
  • Tooke vitamins and cod liver oil
  • Updated work to email Dave about
  • Also got journal updated here and notion
  • Then leave at 7.50 here

  • To get to work I walked to work
  • Listen TED talk - debating and listening
  • Arrived at station then train

  • Then went on to browse computer in training room
  • Here review notion and news too

F Lab

  • Went to go work in H
  • Now then away at 4.45.

  • Chat Hannah as well as heading back, sadly found out garden not done
  • Then on train

  • Here did some browsing

Easterhouse

  • Then went to go and walk on home

  • Then home, chat Hannah briefly also said solarium needed doors fixed
  • Got changed upstairs
  • Then down, brief chat hannah, fed Murray
  • Had dinner of bagels here
  • Then did some browsing here
  • Then took Murray out

a Murray Walk

  • Walked Murray past railway line here then home
  1. Rest of night
  • After that back through to chat Hannah and Murray
  • Also some browsing here
  • After that chat hannah again and did some browsing update stuff before she went to bed
  • Then watched tv last kingdom
  • Then bed at 2

6.  Bed

  • To Improve health floss, corsydl and brush teeth
  • Did some browsing here on phone as well
  • Then bed and sleep at 2.40
  • Struggle sleep insomnia here
