  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health floss, listerine and brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 83kg

  • To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as conditioner body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Also duolingo updated here x1
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Also got cereal, grapes, seeds and nuts, vitamins and cod liver oil
  • Did training with Murray here as well
