1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.10, remembering not to abjure this with time, instead Paean it
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health floss, listerine and brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.

  • To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as conditioner body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Did duolingo updated here
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out

  • Also, seeds and nuts after vitamins and cod liver oil with grapes and milk with cereal today

    • Then leg squats x10 each leg 5kg weights per hand
    • Shoulders at 35kg 3x12
    • Then went to go get changed
    • Here in jacuzzi for a while chilling
    • Then steam room before changed
    • Then left for Home
