Today

1. Wake up

• To plan for today I awoke at 8, Murray dozing so took him down

2. Downstairs

• Here went to go and feed Murray
• Also door open for him to go out although rather wet here
• Then back to bed and dozed till 10.30, then to bathroom

A Bathroom

• Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
• To improve hygeine, I showered here get rid of dross in life.
• Listening Tony robbins here as well
• Weight 84.5kg
• To get sorted out and went to change after showered
• Now went downstairs

2. Downstairs

• Here went to go and chat Hannah here
• Then browsing and updating journal here on notion
• Also duolingo work too
• Hannah annoyed as her top damaged in washing machine
• Then we left at 11.45

• Then we drove to play crazy golf in glasgow
• Here ghetto golf was fine for a bit, interesting artwork and design
• Then finished up hannah just won and no more here
• Then we went to go and head to get lunch after that, decided against place here due parking

• Later on went to go in home

• Did some browsing and also notion work here too
• Then went to go and feed Murray as well

• Then left to get Murray out a walk

• Then later on up to bed at 12.20
