  • Don't let noise distract you - work on self and will come up good
  • When eating - record what is, hopeful can reduce eating excess here
  • Use of music to connect self to others review
  • Review phone battery use
  • Review if need new phone

  • Contact Jakub and Maria about interview advice
  • Ask Joan if any advice for interview again
  • Contact Iain about meet up later in september

1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.03, remembering not to abjure this with time, instead Paean it
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • Keep eye on Health weigh self 83.3kg
  • Listen Evan carmicheal talk here too
  • Improve hygeine, as have time to shower here, cold shower and improve health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff + clean drain stuff too
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go let Murray out and fed him
  • Had breakfast here as well
  • Added word of the day as well - still desultory
  • Then did work on duolingo here as well
  • Also gave Hannah backrub as she was still not feeling right
  • Also went to update journal and notion here
  • Also updated myfitnesspal here too
  • Went to chill a bit as well
  • Then leave at 8.10 here

3. Adventure to work

  • To get to work I drove to work
  • Listening to ted talk - Using music to connect
  • Now walked on down to work once arrived

  • In Lab, say hello people and get started up
  • Then in HPV with Joe and Paul
  • Got everything sorted here
  • Then went for break here at 10.00

A Break

  • Now went to go and enjoy nice break
  • Chat in foyer for a bit
  • Did some browsing as well here

4 Lab

  • Then did work on HPV again
  • Also had lab meeting as well
  • Then finished up work on HPV kits and organizing everything as well
  • Then finished up at 12

A lunch

  • Went to walk to library
  • Called Hannah just to see how she was bit better, which was good
  • Then went to go and browse in library
  • Also updated journal here and notion

5. Lab

  • Here went to work on HPV again with Joe and Paul
  • Then cleared up before break

Break

  • Then out chat in tea room
  • Also phone battery died as well

6.Lab

  • Went to go work in HPV
  • Now then away at 4.45.

7. Drive home

  • Now walk to station

a Morrisons

  • Since needed stuff, went to morrisons here
  • Then in, got stuff for work here

8. Home

  • Then home, welcome Murray
  • Got changed upstairs
  • Now charging phone
  • Then downstairs, fed Murray here as well
  • Also chat Hannah here as well
  • Then home, chat Murray
  • Then sorted out pizza for dinne
  • Then as Murray being pest took him out

  • Here walked him around park then home

10. Rest of the night

  • Then in watch tv and browse, chat Hannah before she went to bed
  • Next washing sorted out here as well
  • Did some browsing here and tv - suits as well
  • Then bed at 12.00 after bag sorted and prepared cereal for tomorrow

11.  Bed

  • To Improve health used floss, listerine, brush teeth then face gel
  • Also browsing
  • Then kindle - think and grow rich
  • Then bed and sleep at 1.00
