1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 7.30 by Murray
  • Then up and fed Murray here, let him out
  • Then eventually up to go to bathroom at 12 after did duolingo

A Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here get rid of dross in life.
  • Weight 83.9kg
  • To get sorted out and went to change after showered
  • Now to get sorted then went to see Murray and Hannah

2. Home

  • Now chat and gave Hannah a backrub here
  • Then Cissi arrived, we chatted
  • Also work on journal here for a bit as well
  • Then went to go and walk Murray here as well

  • Then chest 75kg 3x12, legs 3x12 at 75kg and stomach 35kg 3x12

  • Then left and went to chill in jacuzzi then sauna as steam room out of action
  • Then got changed before leaving to head back

  • Then we went along, tried corinthian club then thundercat check for food but nil here
  • Then said goodbye to Iain and left to go and get train
