a Life

  • Look to maintain zest for life when things get tough
  • Workout music = extra song to add on
  • Review times for gym how long
  • 3 days mon, wed, fri implement
  • Idea- extra large bag cereal in bourbon tub 2 one stone poss
  • Look replacement food by veg eg brocoli etc
  • Bed at 12 set time alarm

b Work

1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00, remembering not to abjure this with time, instead Paean it
  • Also as Murray not right, being sick had to rush down with him and let him out before back upstairs
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • Keep eye on Health weigh self 84.6kg
  • Improve hygeine, as have time to shower here, cold shower and improve health using shampoo, conditioner as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • Then did work on duolingo here as well
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go let Murray out and fed him
  • Added word of the day as well - Zest
  • Also went to update journal and notion here
  • Also updated myfitnesspal here too
  • Went to chill a bit as well
  • Then leave at 7.50 here

Reflect

  • Look to maintain zest for life when things get tough

3. Adventure to work

  • To get to work I got lift from Hannah
  • Then went to go and get train
  • Trains all cancelled however due electrical fault

  • Now walked on down to work once arrived
  • Then went to work

3. Work

  • In Lab, say hello people and get started up
  • Then in Allocation with Colin at first
  • Then went for break here at 10.30

A Break

  • Now went to go and enjoy nice break
  • Chat in foyer for a bit
  • Did some browsing as well here

4 Lab

  • Then did work on Allocation
  • Then finished up at 1

A lunch

  • Went to walk to library
  • Got choc here as well at shop for £2.67
  • Then went to go and browse in library
  • Email occupational health and also sent Pauline Msc project proposal stuff as well
  • Also updated journal here and notion

5. Lab

  • Here went to work on Allocation
  • Then cleared up before break

Break

  • Then out chat in foyer

6.Lab

  • Went to go work in Allocation
  • Now then away at 4.45.

7. Coatdyke

  • Now walk to station

  • Here browsing after got train ticket

b Easterhouse

  • Here walked on back
  • On way got £30 out from morrisons for Hannah

8. Home

  • Then home, welcome Murray
  • Now fed Murray here as well
  • Got changed upstairs
  • Now charging phone
  • Then downstairs,
  • Also chat Hannah here as well after her lesson ended
  • Also work on sorting out osmosiszone staking and liquidity provision
  • Then went to Gym

a Gym

  • Here drive to the gym
  • Then took thermobol before in
  • Next changed then gym music on
  • After that began workout,
  • Treadmill 5 min at 9.5km, 3 incline
  • Shoulders at 25kg 3x12
  • leg at 80kg 3x12
  • Abs at 35kg 3x12
  • Then went to go get changed
  • Here in jacuzzi for a while chilling
  • Then steam room before changed
  • Then left for Morrisons

b Morrisons and Fort

  • Here got choc etc for week
  • Then head home

  • Got sorted and backrub Hannah
  • Then went to walk Murray

  • Here walked him around the railway line, bit dark but ok

10. Rest of the night

  • Then in play with Murray here too
  • Did some browsing here and tv - futurama
  • Then bed at 1.00

  • Bed at 12 set time alarm

11.  Bed

  • To Improve health used floss, listerine, brush teeth
  • Also browsing
  • Then bed and sleep at 1.20
