1. Wake up
- To plan for today I awoke at 8.00 by Murray
- Now to create a magical day, I travelled the journey downstairs
2. Downstairs
- Here went to go feed and let Murray out
- Now back to bed and dozed
- Then duolingo here
- Then went to bathroom at 10.20
A Bathroom
- Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
- To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.8kg
- To improve hygeine, I showered here get rid of dross in life. To improve discipline and herald my arrival to the morning, I used cold shower as well boosting willpower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as facegel stuff
- To get sorted out and went to change

3. Downstairs

- Then left with Hannah here
4. Hannah out to Perth
- Then chat for a bit, as drove to perth
5. Perth
- Then arrived at hannah grandparents for there 60th wedding anniversary
- Then chat for a while here, before had lunch
- Here more chatting for a while as well
- Then we went to head on back home
- On way back stop at hannah parents to drop off food and chat
6. Home
- Then home, chat Hannah
- Then went to go and get sorted
- Then went to go and browse osmosis info
- Also went to reorganise stuff laptop and update journal
- Also tv stardust + silly daft stuff chat hannah about baby names till 1.10, then bed
8. Bed
- To Improve health used floss, listerine and brush teeth before facecream and lamisil
- Then browsing then kindle before sleep at 1.30
