  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.30, remembering not to abjure this with time
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 85kg
  • Listen evan carmicheal - Habits here
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as new body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Added word of the day as well - Urbane
  • Also got journal updated here and notion

  • Then leave at 7.50 here

  • To get to work I got lift from Hannah to station
  • Arrived at station then train

  • Here did meditation for a bit
  • Then off train

3. Work

  • In Lab, say hello people and get started up
  • Then on specials with Aimei today
  • Then went for break here at 10.30

A Break

  • Now went to go and enjoy nice break
  • Chat in tearoom for a bit

4 Lab

  • Now back, did work on specials
  • Once back up went to chat and got renal stuff sorted
  • Then finished up at 1

A lunch

  • Then listen video here - Tony robbins for a bit
  • Then library did browsing for a bit
  • Then back to work

5. Lab

  • Here went to work on specials
  • Then cleared up before break at 3.30

Break

  • Then out to the foyer chat here

6.Lab

  • Went to go work in specials
  • Now then away at 4.45.

7. Lift home

  • Now got lift home from Hannah with Murray in car

8. Home

  • Then home, welcome Murray
  • Got changed upstairs, brief chat hannah here
  • Next went to go and feed Murray
  • Then dinner here and chat Hannah
  • Here went to watch crazy stupid love, then relax
  • Went to relax and browse then bed at 2.00

6.  Bed

  • To Improve health used listerine, brush teeth
  • Then bed and sleep at 2.20
