1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00, remembering not to abjure this with time, instead Paean it
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.4kg
  • Listening youtube - Evan carmicheal discipline
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs
  • Also 10 minute meditation here and duolingo

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Did quick exercise 25 push ups
  • Also vitamins taken + cereal with nuts and seeds, not needing to use epicure taste here as food was still good
  • Also did training with Murray here sit, paws, down, roll over and wait, come
  • Added word of the day as well - Deride
  • Also got journal updated here and notion
  • Also got email back from university about possible lecturer job
  • Then leave at 7.50 here

3. Adventure

  • To get to work I got lift from hannah
  • Arrived at station then train

  • Then off train, walk to work

3. Work

  • In Lab, say hello people and get started up
  • Then in allocation with Dot
  • Then ended up doing 2x renal biopsies as nobody else available

4. Lab

  • Here went to work on sorting renals here
  • Then cleared up before lunch

A lunch

  • Went to the library, got choc for £2.67
  • Then to the library and browsing, email ICC controls here + vee sent over digital path stuff as well
  • Also did academy 10 work as well here before back to work

5. Lab

  • Here went to work on allocation
  • Then cleared up before break

Break

  • Then in foyer and chat with a few people

6.Lab

  • Went to go work in allocation here
  • Now then away at 4.45.

  • Now walk to station

  • Now walked on back home

8. Home

  • Then home, welcome Murray
  • Got changed upstairs and chat Hannah
  • Next went to go and order in just eat for dinner to cheer up Hannah
  • Now went to browse notion here and news, football as well
  • Then later on went to go and walk Murray quickly

9.  Home

  • Then work on notion and journal here
  • Hannah chat then she went to bed,
  • Watch football, then chat mum for a bit after call home
  • Here went to update journal + notion and dozing on and off here
  • Went to relax and browse till 12.30 then bed

10.  Bed

  • To Improve health used listerine
  • Then bed and sleep at 1.00
