1. Wake up
- To plan for today I awoke at 6.00, remembering not to abjure this with time, instead Paean it
- Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom
A Bathroom
- Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
- To keep eye on Health weigh self 85.3kg
- Listening youtube - Evan carmicheal habits
- To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
- To get sorted out and went to change
- Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2. Downstairs
- Here went to go feed and let Murray out
- Did quick exercise 25 push ups
- Also vitamins taken + nuts and seeds, not needing to use epicure taste here as food was still good
- Also did training with Murray here sit, paws, down, roll over and wait, come

- Also got journal updated here and notion, managed to avoid perusing useless stuff here
- Then did meditation for 10 mins to relax self

- To get to work I walked in listening to ted talk - poo normal
- Here chatted for a while
- Arrived at station then train

- Then home, welcome Murray + chat Hannah
- Got changed upstairs
- Next went to go and feed murray

- Then bed and sleep at 1.20
