a Life

  • Idea - When setting schedule, know my why - Only way it works, benefit life
  • Idea - Hannah not here, meditate, spanish upstairs = Murray longer rest, less barking and meditation beneficial here
  • Idea - Second skin - Takes pain and remove = Remove damage to self stress etc this way
  • Idea - Use anfractuous style to overcome challenges - Never beaten better life
  • Think about social media as communication platform
  • Look notion before go for lunch - Important stop costs especially this month

b Work

1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00, remembering not to abjure this with time, instead Paean it
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.2kg
  • Listening youtube - Evan carmicheal spartan habits
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs
  • Also 10 minute meditation here and duolingo

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Did quick exercise 25 push ups
  • Also vitamins taken + cereal with fruit, nuts and seeds, not needing to use epicure taste here as food was still good
  • Also did training with Murray here sit, paws, down, roll over and wait, come
  • Updated myfitnesspal here as well
  • Added word of the day as well - Anfractuous
  • Also got journal updated here and notion
  • Then leave at 7.50 here

3. Adventure

  • To get to work I got lift from hannah
  • Once at station - TED talk - social media use
  • Arrived at station then train

  • Then in HPV with Kelly anne and Paul
  • Then break at 10.30

  • Then out to the tea room and chat here
  • Also got message, passed exam in course here

4. Lab

  • Here went to work on HPV again
  • Then cleared up before lunch

  • Went to shop, got choc for £2.67
  • Then to library, did some browsing here
  • Then update journal here

  • Then outside as warm and chat with a few people

  • Went to go work in HPV here
  • Also dealt with leaking bucket here in lab
  • Now then away at 4.45.

7. coatdyke

  • Now walk to station

  • Here did some browsing for a bit

B Easterhouse

  • Now walked on back home
  • Chat Hannah on phone as she called here

8. Home

  • Then home, welcome Murray
  • Got changed upstairs and chat Hannah
  • Next went to go and feed murray
  • Had barbecue burgers here for dinner + Fiona J round as well
  • Also helped bring in Gazebo stuff here as well
  • Now went to browse notion here and news
  • Then later on went to go and walk Murray quickly

  • Here took Murray walk in park
  • Then head home

9.  Home

  • Then work on notion and journal here
  • Hannah chat after chat mum for a bit
  • Then Hannah bed
  • Here went to update journal + notion, relax, watched Thor 2 dark world here
  • Also reorganised booking for balmoral here as well as giving Hannah backrub too
  • Went to relax and browse till 1.00 then bed

6.  Bed

  • To Improve health used listerine
  • Then bed and sleep at 1.00
