1. Wake up
- To plan for today I awoke at 6.00, remembering not to abjure this with time, instead Paean it
- Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

- Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
- To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.7kg
- Listening youtube - Evan carmicheal
- To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
- To get sorted out and went to change, chat Hannah
- Then meditation and duolingo here
- Now to get sorted headed on downstairs
2. Downstairs
- Here went to go feed and let Murray out
- Also vitamins taken + cereal with fruit, nuts and seeds, not needing to use epicure taste here as food was still good
- Added word of the day as well - Titanic
- Also got journal updated here and notion
- Then leave at 7.30 here lift from hannah

- To get to work I got a lift on down to work
- Arrived at station then train

- Helped Maria out as first time cutting since back from biorepository placement
- Then went for break here at 10.30

- Also watching scotland v czech republic here, lost sadly 2-0 in euros
- Then cleared up before break

- Then out to the training room, watched end of the game

- Now then away at 4.45.
