1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.10, remembering not to abjure this with time, instead Paean it
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.2kg
  • Listening youtube - Evan carmicheal habits
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • Then did meditation for 10 mins to relax self
  • Duolingo work as well here
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Did quick exercise 25 push ups
  • Also vitamins taken + nuts and seeds, not needing to use epicure taste here as food was still good
  • Also did training with Murray here sit, paws, down, roll over and wait, come
  • Added word of the day as well - Jocund
  • Also got journal updated here and notion, managed to avoid perusing useless stuff here
  • Then leave at 7.50 here

3. Adventure

  • To get to work I got lift in listening to ted talk - diversity in space
  • Here chatted for a while
  • Arrived at station then train

  • Then off train, walk to work

3. Work

  • In Lab, say hello people and get started up
  • Then in HPV today with kelly anne and courtney
  • Also issue with Aurora not working right
  • Also helped with Genta buckets, issue with tea break all same
  • Then went for break here at 10.50

A Break

  • Now went to go and enjoy nice break
  • Chat in tea room for a bit

4 Lab

  • Now back, did work on HPV again
  • Also helped out Gordon Milne, troubleshooting renal mixup
  • Then finished up at 12

A lunch

  • Went to go get choc for £2.67
  • Then went to go and browse in library

5. Lab

  • Here went to work on HPV
  • Then chat Lianne, temp stop renals, felt bit OTT but nothing can do right now
  • Then cleared up before break

Break

  • Then out chat in foyer

6.Lab

  • Went to go work in HPV
  • Powercut as well here
  • Now then away at 4.45.

7. coatdyke

  • Now walk to station

a Train

  • Here did some thinking
  • Felt stress kick in, quite upset over renal issue response by lianne
  • Missed stop, end up at shettleston, divert train to bairhill then to easterhouse

B Easterhouse

  • Now walked on back home

8. Home

  • Then home, welcome Murray + chat Hannah
  • Got changed upstairs
  • Now went to sort out washing
  • Also tv - Football wales v turkey 2- 0
  • Then went to go and chat with Hannah here as well before leaving

9. Home

  • Then home, chat Hannah
  • Then went to go and do shopping

a Morrisons

  • Here did shopping stuff
  • Got Hannah flowers as she had rubbish week

  • Then unpack and sort stuff
  • Hannah bed chat here
  • Next downstairs, watched football here - Italy v switzerland 3-0
  • Then iron man 2
  • Here went to browse then relax
  • Went to browse, then bed at 2.10
