Yesterday Improvements

a Life

  • Tiredness knocked out here, made it but just be more careful to get up with alarm
  • Values - look at my own values and how apply them - Better life
  • Ideas - Look at ways to fight injustice in life - better life
  • Do not less stress come home with me - Affect rest of day - Life quality important to fix asap
  • Idea - Reflective learning write up and email lianne - Fix issue worth a shot

1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00, remembering not to abjure this with time
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.8kg
  • Listening youtube - Evan carmicheal - what want
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as new body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Then did meditation for 10 mins to relax self
  • Also Duolingo as well here
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Also got everything packed up here
  • Then leave at 7.50 here

  • Organise self before hannah appears

3. Adventure

  • To get to work I got lift from Hannah to station
  • Arrived at station then train

  • Here did meditation for a bit
  • Then off train

3. Work

  • In Lab, say hello people and get started up
  • Then in HPV with Nathan and Courtney today
  • Then went for break here at 10.00

A Break

  • Now went to go and enjoy nice break, still felt bit down from yesterday
  • Chat in Foyer for a bit

4 Lab

  • Now back, did work on HPV
  • Once back up went to sort out with rest of info
  • Then finished up at 12

A lunch

  • Then to canteen with Louise and Euan
  • Then up and chat in tea room
  • Then back to work

5. Lab

  • Here went to work on HPV
  • Tried out experiment with controls to fix issues with aurora but no luck here
  • Then cleared up before break at 3

Break

  • Then out to the foyer chat here
  • Also updated journal here

6.Lab

  • Went to go work in HPV
  • Now then away at 4.45.

7. Leaving

  • Now lift from Hannah to dunbar caravan
  • Issue left charger so back to get it, Hannah grumpy
  • Then in car, not much talking as could tell Hannah not in chatting mood

8. Caravan

  • Then in, helped Hannah unpack everything
  • Also fed Murray
  • Then set up water and lights with ally assistance here on locations etc
  • Walked Murray outside for a bit
  • Then went out to ASDA with Hannah

  • Next went to go and do shop with Hannah
  • Then we drove around place as well

9.  Caravan

  • Then work on notion and journal here
  • Also chat with mum on whatsapp
  • Here went to update journal + notion, tv quite tired out here as well
  • Went to relax and browse then dozed till 10.15 then bed

6.  Bed

  • To Improve health flossed, used listerine and brushed teeth
  • Then bed and sleep at 1.30
