Yesterday Improvements

Today Improvements for Next day or holiday

1. Wake up

  • Now took Murray downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Now fed Murray then let him out
  • Then back upstairs and chill
  • Did duolingo here as well
  • Then went to the bathroom here

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84kg
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here get rid of dross in life. To improve discipline and herald my arrival to the morning, I used cold shower as well boosting willpower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Then went to go and walk Murray
  • Update

3. Home

  • Then took thermobol before in
  • Next changed then gym music on
  • After that began workout,
  • Treadmill 5 mins at 10.2km, 3 incline
  • Chest at 80/85kg 3x12
  • leg at 90kg 3x12
  • Abs at 40kg 3x12
  • Shoulders at 30kg 3x12
  • Abductors outside at 70kg 3x12
  • Then went to go get changed
  • Here in jacuzzi for a while chilling
  • Then steam room before changed
  • Then left for Home

Reflect

  • Keep raising weights etc to keep it up

4. Home

  • Also browsing for a bit here

5. Rest of Night

  • Then in and went to go and have dinner Hannah made
