1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00, remembering not to abjure this with time, instead Paean it
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health floss, listerine and brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.2kg
  • Listening youtube - Evan carmicheal Dalai Lama
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as conditioner body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

  • Shoulders at 30kg 3x12

  • Leg abductors 70kg 3x12
  • Back stretch 60kg 3x12
  • Then 10 push ups and 1 min position
  • Then went to go get changed
  • Here in jacuzzi for a while chilling
  • Then steam room before changed
