  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here get rid of dross in life.

  • To get sorted out and went to change after showered
  • Now to get sorted then went to see Murray

  • Now went to go and have breakfast Hannah made
  • Then tv futurama

  • Leg abductors 60kg 3x12
  • Back stretch 60kg 3x12
  • Then 10 push ups and 1 min position
  • Then went to go get changed
