1. Wake up
- To plan for today I awoke at 6.00, remembering not to abjure this with time, instead Paean it
- Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

- Then I went to take care oral health floss, listerine and brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
- To keep eye on Health weigh self 82.6kg

- To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as conditioner body wash and facegel stuff
- To get sorted out and went to change
- Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

- Back stretch 60kg 3x12
- Then 10 push ups and 1 min position
- Then went to go get changed
- Here in jacuzzi for a while chilling
