  • Cold shower great for wake up

  • Do not loll around when working, plenty of time in future if needed
  • Keep eye on Murray if roll over issue tmw do something
  • Keep raising weights etc to keep it up

b Work

1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00, remembering not to abjure this with time, instead Paean it
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health floss, listerine and brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 82.6kg
  • Listening youtube - Tony Robbins
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as conditioner body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Cleared up outside as well here
  • Also got cereal, grapes, seeds and nuts
  • Did training with Murray here as well, concern about his rolling over

  • Once Windows 11 finished updating began sorting out windows here
  • Also got yesterday and today journal updated here and notion
  • Added word of the day as well - loll
  • Also updated myfitnesspal here too
  • Went to chill a bit as well

  • leg at 85kg 3x12
  • Back 60kg 3x12
  • Chest at 80kg 3x12
  • Back stretch 60kg 3x12
  • Then 10 push ups and 1 min position
  • Then went to go get changed
  • Here in jacuzzi for a while chilling
  • Then steam room before changed
  • Then left for Home
