1. Wake up

• To plan for today I awoke at 7.15 by Murray
• Then up and fed Murray here, let him out
• Then back to bed, chat Hannah and doze a little
• Also did duolingo x4 here too
• Then eventually up to go to bathroom at 10.30

A Bathroom

• Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
• To improve hygeine, I showered here get rid of dross in life.
• Weight 83.4kg
• To get sorted out and went to change after showered
• Now to get sorted then went to see Murray

2. Home

• Now went to go and head downstairs, chat Hannah
• Then we left to go to shops for her

• Then we left and went to home bargains where got folders for me and Hannah stuff
• Then we went to slater outlet, where I got new shirts for work
• Then we went to uddingston where Hannah got stuff at Marks and spencers
