b Work

1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00, remembering not to abjure this with time, instead Paean it
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health floss, listerine and brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.8kg

  • To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as conditioner body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out

  • Also got cereal, seeds and nuts after vitamins and cod liver oil

  • Added word of the day as well - Perpetuity

  • Also got yesterday and today journal updated here and notion

  • Did training with Murray here as well

  • Also updated myfitnesspal here too

  • Went to chill a bit as well

  • Then leave at 7.50 here

  • To get to work I got lift from hannah on down to work

  • Treadmill 30 secs at 10km, 3 incline
  • Chest at 85kg 3x12
  • leg at 90kg 3x12
  • Abs at 45kg 3x12
  • Abductors outside at 70kg 3x12
  • Shoulders at 30kg 3x12
  • Back stretch 65kg 3x12
  • Then 2x12 push ups and 1 min stomach then 30 secs
  • Then went to go get changed
  • Here in jacuzzi for a while chilling
  • Then steam room before changed
  • Then left for Home
