- Now head to the bathroom

- Then shower using shampoo, body wash and facegel
- Then go get changed into black trousers, green jumper here
- Then head on downstairs

- Then chat Hannah when came down
- Afterwards went to go and play cashflow game

- Argument - Triggered by Hannah snapping at me about washing, I got annoyed, turned off music, then it escalated from there - Future recognise triggers and prevent them
3. Rest of night
- Then went to chat with mum and fiona on WhatsApp here for a while
- Then play Occulus rift beats as well as updating journal.
- Then played cash flow and then TV star wars before bed

4. Bed
- Now then bathroom and used listerine, brush teeth
- Then read kindle -obama biog
- Then browsing as well
- Then went on sleep at 4.10
