1. Wake up

To plan for today I awoke at 7.08 tired but forced self up in this semoiternal style challenge

Now go bathroom


A Bathroom

Then I went to take care oral health using floss then listerine before I brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.

Then to keep eye on Health by weighing self 83.9kg. 

To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff

To get sorted out and went to change

Now to get sorted headed on downstairs with Murray


2. Downstairs

Here went to go and chat play Murray

Then fed and let Murray out as well

Also got boots and bag

Tried to chat with Hannah but she was angry still

Then leave at 7.50, walked along to work here


3. Adventure

To get to work I walked along to work

Then here on train

Here on train and dozed for a bit

Listening to meditation music

3. Work

To help, I went to work on HPV

Then I went on off for break at 10.30.

Went to go work on HPV and covid before away for tea at 3.00.

Also collected lateral flow test here too

Went to go and chat in the foyer for a bit

Now went to cut before away at 4.45

Then went along to get the train


H Train

Then on train

Here browsing for a bit


I Easterhouse

Got out then walked on home

To cheer up and apologise to Hannah went to Morrisons

4. Home

Then home, chat with Murray and Hannah

Got changed upstairs

Also had dinner of spaghetti sausages

Then went to play Murray throwing his ball for him

Then chat mum and fiona on whatsapp

Then later on watch disenchantment

Also Hannah went to bed

I stayed up, did lateral flow test which neg for covid

Then updated journal here as well


6.  Bed

Now then floss, listerine and brush teeth

Also phone browsing for a bit here

Then went on sleep at 2.40
