1. Wake up
- To plan for today I awoke at 6.50 tired but forced self up in this semoiternal style challenge

- To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff

- Now to get sorted headed on downstairs with Murray
2. Downstairs

- Also got boots and bag
- Then leave at 7.50, walked along to work here

6. Bed
- Now then floss, listerine and brush teeth

- Then went on sleep at 4.40
