- Make sure bag is sorted out
- Take care icy conditions, dont risk self as nearly lost echo buds while walking to work
- Importance of being good person/helping pays off as reciprocal
- Careful put slippers at door before leaving in morning made difference here
- If tempted by giving up stuff, review plan
- Tiredness, set up earlier bed time here at 1
1. Wake up
- To plan for today I awoke at 6.50
- Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom
A Bathroom
- Then I went to take care oral health using floss then listerine before I brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
- To keep eye on Health weigh self 85.7kg
- To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
- To get sorted out and went to change
- Now to get sorted headed on downstairs
2. Downstairs
- Here went to go and chat play Murray
- Also got boots and bag
- Then fed Murray and training
- Also vitamins, nuts and seeds, banana
- Then leave at 7.52
- Thanks to helping Hannah she offered me a lift to work today

3. Adventure
- To get to work I got a lift from Hannah here
- Then went to go and browse before boarding train

- Doze with meditation app listening too
- Then arrive

- Here in then walk to work
- Very icy, especially back route from station, slid a bit here
- Was listening to mediatation austrailia tape, on candle focus
- Then arrive and get ready

3. Work
- To help, I went to work in specials here
- Then I went on off for tea at 10.00.

- Then went to go get lunch at 12

- Now back, did work on specials, had lesley cutting for me as well which helped
- Chris helped earlier on as well
- Then finished up at 3.

- Went to go work in specials, had lesley here + Morag later on
- Now then away at 4.45.
4. Coatdyke
- Now walked on back to coatdyke
- Also got train, after issues getting here as very icy paths

- Here browsing for a bit

Easterhouse
- Then went to go and walk on back home
- Surprise lift Hannah home here in car with Murray
4. Home
- Then home, big welcome Murray, chat Hannah briefly
- Got changed upstairs
- Then down, brief chat hannah
- Then chat and then had dinner mix stuff that Hannah made

5. Rest of night
- Also chat Mum and fiona on whatsapp here later on
- Also browsing bitcoin and coinbase info + play occulus here too
- Also threw ball for Murray for a while too
- Also watch tv with Hannah - she watched eastenders etc
- Then Hannah went to bed
- Then dozed for a bit
- Then up worked on updating evernote, tv the expanse and relax here
- Updated evernote here and journal too before bed at 3.

6. Bed
- To Improve health use floss, listerine and brush teeth then face cream
- Did some browsing here on phone as well
- read kindle here as well - Obama biog
- Then bed and sleep at 3.40
