- Nervous missing work, so up early good but get alarm sorted so wake up
- Get bag sorted for work night before
- Take care icy conditions, dont risk self as nearly lost echo buds while walking to work

1. Wake up
- To plan for today I awoke at 6.50
- Now to make myself feel good and hygienic I travelled the journey to the bathroom
A Bathroom
- Then I went to take care oral health using floss then listerine before I brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
- To keep eye on Health weigh self 85.2kg
- To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
- To get sorted out and went to change
- Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2. Downstairs
- Here went to go and chat play Murray
- Also got boots and bag
- Then fed Murray and training
- Also cereal, nuts and seeds, banana
- Now went to go defrost the car
- Did that by scraping car
- Then leave at 8.05
3. Adventure
- To get to work I got a lift from hannah
- Arrived at train station then go get ready to start up

3. Work
- To help, I went to work in microtomy
- Then I went on off for tea at 10.30.

- Went to go work in sorting cutting very busy here
- Now then away at 4.45.
4. Coatdyke
- Now walked on back to coatdyke
- Also got train, after issues getting here as very icy paths
Train
- Here browsing for a bit
Easterhouse
- Then went to go and get lift from Hannah home here with Murray
4. Home
- Then home, big welcome Murray, chat Hannah briefly
- Got changed upstairs
- Then down, brief chat hannah and fed Murray
- Then went to go and chat
- Then chat and then had dinner mini pizzas here
- Then went to go out to Morrisons

- Here out and after grit outside and car scraped went to drive on down
- Then got some choc and bagels
- Then headed on home
5. Rest of night
- Also chat Mum and fiona on whatsapp here later on
- Also watch tv with Hannah - she watched the serpent here
- Play murray throwing squeeky toy ball here as well as giving him dentastick and yak stick to chew
- Then Hannah went to bed
- Then up worked on updating evernote, tv dark materials
- Then backrub hannah
- Also accidently dozing here too
- Updated evernote here and journal too before bed at 3.40
6. Bed
- To Improve health use floss, listerine and brush teeth then face cream
- Did some browsing here on phone as well
- read kindle here as well - Obama biog
- Then bed and sleep at 2.40
