- Make sure bag is sorted out
- Take care icy conditions, dont risk self as nearly lost echo buds while walking to work
- Importance of being good person/helping pays off as reciprocal
- Careful put slippers at door before leaving in morning made difference here

1. Wake up
- To plan for today I awoke at 6.55
- Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom
A Bathroom
- Then I went to take care oral health using floss then listerine before I brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
- To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.7kg
- To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
- To get sorted out and went to change
- Now to get sorted headed on downstairs
2. Downstairs
- Here went to go and chat play Murray
- Also got boots and bag
- Then fed Murray and training
- Also vitamins, nuts and seeds
- Then leave at 7.52

3. Adventure
- To get to work I walked along to work
- Snowed last night so tough walk but better than ice at least
- Then went to go and browse before boarding train

3. Work
- To help, I went to work in specials here
- Then I went on off for tea at 10.00.

- Went to go work in specials
- Now then away at 4.45.
4. Coatdyke
- Now walked on back to coatdyke
- Also got train, after issues getting here as very icy paths
Train
- Here browsing for a bit
- Bitcoin still going strong today
Easterhouse
- Then went to go and walk on back home
- Lift Hannah home here in car with Murray
4. Home
- Then home, big welcome Murray, chat Hannah briefly
- Got changed upstairs
- Then down, brief chat hannah
- Then chat and then order in dinner from just eat for us

5. Rest of night
- Also chat Mum and fiona on whatsapp here later on
- Also browsing bitcoin and coinbase info + play occulus here too
- Also watch tv with Hannah - she watched eastenders etc
- Then Hannah went to bed
- Then browsing, murray dozing most of night here
- Then up worked on updating evernote, tv his dark materials and play occulus here
- Updated evernote here and journal too before bed at 2.
6. Bed
- To Improve health use floss, listerine and brush teeth, forgot facecream here
- Then bed and sleep at 2.40
