Yesterday Improvements
- Nervous missing work, so up early good but get alarm sorted so wake up
- Get bag sorted for work night before
- Take care icy conditions, dont risk self as nearly lost echo buds while walking to work

1. Wake up
- To plan for today I awoke at 6.50
- Now to make myself feel good and hygienic I travelled the journey to the bathroom
A Bathroom
- Then I went to take care oral health using floss then listerine before I brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
- To keep eye on Health weigh self 82.7kg
- To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
- To get sorted out and went to change
- Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2. Downstairs
- Here went to go and chat play Murray
- Also got boots and bag

3. Work
- To help, I went to work in HPV with Linda training and Kelly anne as well as paul
- Also had to do some work, potential renal here + query about covid positive work

- Then I went on off for tea at 10.00.

- Now back again, did work on HPV
- Then went to go get lunch at 12

- Then went to go to training room

- Now back, did work on HPV again
- Busy but just usual stuff here
Break
- Here went to go and chill in foyer
- Chat here
F Lab
- Went to go work in sorting HPV and Covid here very busy here
- Incident machine with callibrators here had to go get this fixed up
- Now then away at 4.45.
4. Coatdyke
- Now walked on back to coatdyke
- Also got train
Train
- Here browsing for a bit
- Felt bit down after what happened in work today
Easterhouse
- Then went to go and walk on home
- Rather wet so soaked by time back in
4. Home
- Then home, big welcome Murray, chat Hannah briefly
- Got changed upstairs
- Then down, brief chat hannah and fed Murray
- Then chat and then had dinner tin macaroni here
5. Rest of night
- Also chat Mum and fiona on whatsapp here later on
- Hannah still not happy and rather nasty about mum here quite unhappy with her
- Play murray throwingtoy ball here as well as giving him dentastick and yak stick to chew
- Tried to fix things hannah, turned into horrible argument that did not help at all
- Then Hannah went to bed
- Quite upset as she said about would been better if killed myself a few years back
- Then up worked on updating evernote, tv star wars empire strikes back
- Also work on logo for meeting tomorrow web design
- Updated evernote here and journal too before bed at 1.40
6. Bed
- To Improve health use listerine
- Did some browsing here on phone as well
- Then bed and sleep at 1.40
