Today

Review Next day plan to keep on track, forgot about SAH work



1. Wake up

To plan for today I awoke at 6.50

Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom


A    Bathroom

Then I went to take care oral health using floss then listerine before I brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.

To keep eye on Health weigh self 84kg

To improve hygeine, I showered here.  Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff

To get sorted out and went to change

Now to get sorted headed on downstairs


2.   Downstairs

Here went to go and chat play Murray

Also got boots and bag

Then fed Murray and training

Also vitamins, nuts and seeds, banana

Then leave at 8.10


3. Adventure

To get to work I drove to work

3. Work

To help, I went to work in HPV here

Get Linda work sorted out and lab as well

Then I went on off for tea at 10.00.

Went to go on work with covid, got start with aimei

Then went to go get lunch at 12.20 after fixing hpv stuff with Linda

Then went on to chat in Foyer

Also evernote review and journal updating

Get emails sorted

Then chat linda in tea room as well before head back

Review Next day plan to keep on track, forgot about SAH work


d Lab

Now back, did work on HPV and covid work

Organise covid after repair machine

Then finished up at 3.30


Break

Then went on to chat in training room with Morag, Lynne and Linda


F Lab

Went to go work in HPV and covid stuff

Now then away at 4.45.


4. Drive

Now went to go and drive on back home


4. Home

Then home, big welcome Murray, chat Hannah briefly

Got changed upstairs

Then down, brief chat hannah


5.  Rest of night

Also chat Mum and fiona on whatsapp here later on

Also browsing bitcoin and coinbase info + play occulus here too

Also throw ball/walk for Murray for a while too

Also watch tv with Hannah - she watched eastenders etc

Update app design, SQL, python, Histology

Then Hannah went to bed

Then up organise Journal, evernote and blog + Hannah plan review

Updated evernote here and journal too before bed.


6.  Bed

To Improve health use floss, listerine and brush teeth then face cream

Did some browsing here on phone as well

read kindle here as well - Obama biog

Then bed and sleep at 1.40
