Yesterday Improvements
- Cleaning helping keep at it
- Herbs/spices helping as well as nuts keep it up daily

- Herbs/spices take at night to help out
- Vitamins and nuts fine at this time
- Also have at least 1/2 pieces of fruit when down at first
- Time set for activities create
- Limit time wasters plan
- Use phone reminders more effectively
- Crypto book, add browsing info here instead
1. Wake up
- To plan for today I awoke at 8.30 by Murray
- Next went on downstairs to let him out
2. Downstairs
- Now went to go and let Murray out after fed him breakfast
- Also clear up kitchen, put bins out as well as clean hob
- Also Take nuts and seeds here also vitamins along with tangerine
- Also spend time playing occulus
- Next back up to bed again
- Chat Hannah about how she is feeling, chat and cuddle
- Then bed till 2.00
- Now head to the bathroom

5. Rest of night
- Then afterwards some occulus rift as well

- Then went to go go and get Murray fed
- Also worked on app design skills here as well
- Organised my year and month plan as well which was good
- Call Fiona/Mum whatsapp
- Then had dinner hannah made
- After that chat then went to play occulus rift
- Also had triffle as well
- Then did work on updating work for SQL and also converter to allow Postgresql to read other sql scripts
- Worked to update journal and evernote as well here
- Also worked on app here as well
- Chat Hannah for a while here
- Then tv Casualty with Hannah - rather depressing episode covering covid situation here
- Then went to go and work on python
- Now get next day plan sorted
- Went to play occulus for a bit beats solo
- Then upstairs, gave Hannah backrub and brief chat
- Then went to go watch the expanse
- Work on updating cryptocurrency plan + browsing
- Then sorting out next day plan here
- Also I now put Murray out
- Then bed at 2.

5. Bed
