- To plan for today I awoke at 7.20 by Murray
- Next went on downstairs to let him out
2. Downstairs
- Now went to go and let Murray out after fed him breakfast
- Next back up to bed again
- Chat Hannah about how she is feeling
- Then back to sleep till 12.50
- Now head to the bathroom

- Here floss, listerine, brush teeth before shaving
- Weigh self at 83.3kg
- Then shower using shampoo, body wash and facegel
- Then go get changed into black trousers, purple jumper here
- Then head on downstairs
3. Downstairs
- Here chat Hannah and Murray play
- Then had some biscuits while chat
- Take Murray walk
a Drumpellier
- Here walk Murray around park to get him out and about
- Nice to be able to get out and about for a bit at least
4. Home
- After that chat with Hannah
- Left her to do her sewing upstairs
- Then went to go and watch tv for bit downstairs, enterprise
- Chat Hannah briefly
- Then had some leftovers here as well of chinese that Hannah ordered in
- Worked on app here again
5. Rest of night
- Here went to go and call home, spoke with mum and fiona for a bit here
- Then Hannah watched tv for a bit, while I did some browsing and other stuff here
- Throwing ball for murray here as well
- Hannah went to bed
- Then worked on journal as well as evernote
- Did work on apps
- Then went to go and relax
- Also watched tv
- Then bed at 2.50
5. Bed
- To Improve health use floss, listerine and brush teeth. face cream
- Did some browsing, bitcoin/crypto review
- read kindle here as well - obama biog
- Then bed and sleep at 3
