  • To plan for today I awoke at 7.50 by Murray and Hannah, bit tired but ok

  • Then upstairs
  • After that, I then went to the bathroom

  • Here floss, listerine, brush teeth before shaving
  • Weigh self at 85.4kg, Record on phone
  • Then shower using shampoo, body wash and facegel
  • Then go get changed into blue jeans, light blue jumper here
  • Then head on downstairs to prepare for day, after browsing delay

3.  Downstairs

  • Organised social plans - got in touch with few people here and also replies along with slack, linkedin
  • Reorganised email
  • Murray also picked up by Jen who was taking him for walk
  • I then did some clearing up, music on to bring out good mood
  • Also did exercise 20 push ups then 2x 20 weights here, notice shoulder pain here
  • Did some voice improvement work here too
  • Then I updated my journal and evernote
  • Then review article on neck pain as neck sore
  • Also read lifehacker - why tik tok popular, iwillteachyoutoberich covering buisness idea + menshealth exercise review - Did squats x8 each leg
  • After that did some exercise here as well 20 push ups as well as 20 weights front, height
  • Then I went to update IBMS CPD group here as well and got new contacts added in
  • Then notion went down, so did work slightly out of order after work to fix it
  • Then got App design work done + SQL too
  • Then had pizza for lunch here
  • Then threw squeeky green toy for Murray to entertain him here
  • Then went to sort out notion and also chat to Hannah
  • After that sorted out memory plan covering cell type, need further work but better here
  • After that went to browse and sort emails, stuff before fed murray
  • Then had dinner myself of Bagels

  • Then chill with murray and updated journal and evernote
  • Also did some work sorting out python here + plan work to streamline it
  • Also chatted with Hannah
  • Also chat on whatsapp to mum for a while as well
  • Afterwards went to go and update histology book - Uni book covering COPD and some images sorting
  • Then threw Doughnut toy for Murray
  • Worked on plans here too

5.  Rest of the night

  • Next went to work on evernote and journal again
  • Now updated spanish plan, used search here + el pais
  • Then worked on journal as well as evernote
  • Also did work on IBMS mentorship prog
  • Then updated work on crypto app here too
  • Chat Hannah here too before she went to bed
  • Here I now put Murray out
  • Then went to work on setting up keplr crypto wallet, transferred cosmo from coinbase as well
  • Then also set up the staking after confirmation that the account sorted out
  • Then bed at 1.00
