1. Wake up
  • To plan for today I awoke at 8.30 by Murray
  • Next went on downstairs to let him out

2.   Downstairs
  • Now went to go and let Murray out after fed him breakfast
  • Also clear up kitchen, dishwasher emptied
  • Then went on back to bed after said goodbye to Hannah who was still in mood
  • Then doze till 1.30, then Hannah back, so went to the bathroom
Reflect
  • Alarm set so up 10am

  • Here floss, listerine, brush teeth before shaving
  • Weigh self at 84.8kg, Record on phone
  • Then shower using shampoo, body wash and facegel
  • Then go get changed into blue jeans, purple/light wine colour jumper here
  • Then head on downstairs

3.  Downstairs
  • Here chat Murray, hannah on phone here work call
  • Then went to go and head out to collect parcel

  • Here collected light bulbs then home

4.  Home
  • After that back, hannah annoyed as she was taking video which did not know
  • Now put lights in
  • Then chill with murray and updated journal and evernote
  • Then went to go and walk Murray

  • Here took Murray around the estate
  • Then back, early as looked like rain to start

5.  Rest of the night
  • Once back, went to work on evernote and journal again
  • Clean plan sorted here too
  • Then went to work on SQL 
  • Also got Murray fed here
  • Then had dinner that Hannah made here, nice of her
  • Then went on to chat with Mum on whatsapp here + message replies to Maria and also to mum, fiona
  • App work here - sorting out using ebook plan, looking quite handy in future I think
  • After that went to browse python review some work did previously
  • Then went to work on cryptocurrency ebook after did lateral flow test - again
  • Now went to work on time management plan review
  • Hannah went to bed
  • Then worked on journal as well as evernote
  • Now get next day plan sorted
  • Here I now put Murray out, fruit have
  • Then bed at 10

5.  Bed
  • To Improve health use floss, listerine and brush teeth

  • Then bed and sleep at 2.15, on and off for a while here though
