  • Memory plan - Need work to keep memorable acronyms

  • Put plan in place, felt better about doing histology/uni book plan would be more effective
  1. Wake up
  • To plan for today I awoke at 8.30 by Murray and Hannah, murray sick due to eating snow outside
  • Next went on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Now went to go chat Murray and let him out
  • Put on washing with blanket murray sick on
  • Then upstairs and doze a bit
  • After that, I then went to the bathroom

a  Bathroom

  • Here floss, listerine, brush teeth before shaving
  • Weigh self at 83.6kg, Record on phone
  • Then shower using shampoo, body wash and facegel
  • Then go get changed into blue jeans, purple/light blue jumper here
  • Then head on downstairs with washing basket after made bed

3.  Downstairs

  • Here worked on updating evernote, journal
  • Organised social plans - got in touch with few people here and also replies along with slack
  • Reorganised email
  • Now went to chat Hannah + put on washing before she went back to meeting
  • Then I updated my journal and evernote
  • Also read iwillteachyoutoberich covering networking stuff + menshealth, browsing
  • Then threw squeeky green toy for Murray to entertain him here
  • Then went to sort out washing, then updated journal agai
  • Also reviewed python
  • Spoke mum on whatsapp
  • Then went to sort out washing, then updated journal again
  • Then SQL work as well here
  • Did review evernote ideas
  • Then went to browse for a bit here
  • After that sorted out memory plan covering cell type, need further work
  • After that went to browse and sort emails, stuff before fed murray
  • Then had dinner myself of bagels

  • Next went to work on evernote and journal again
  • Now updated spanish plan, used search here
  • Also Updated app work as well
  • Then did some work on uni and histology work here
  • Then threw doughnut toy for Murray
  • Then worked on journal as well as evernote
  • Chat and backrub Hannah here too
  • Here I now put Murray out and had to sort him out after snow
  • Then went to watch tv social network
  • Then bed at 1.20

5.  Bed

  • To Improve health use floss, listerine and brush teeth
  • Updated journal and Evernote after browsing

  • Then bed and sleep at 2.15
