- Up earlier so far been fine getting more work done here

- Feet noticed issue, change socks later on
- Reminder for cleaning worked well here + browsing ideas news connection helping
- Exercise review - Find time when Murray not there/tired out
- Noticed how influential social plans are on creative thinking and life here
- Spanish searching ok, but perhaps more creative thinking required
- Mnemonic add to CPD emails
- Python going ok, but need creative outlet for it
- Management course needs work = Finish up reflective work on saturday + participate in social plan
- Remember Face cream at night
- Also remembered shave thanks to note

- To plan for today I awoke at 6.30
- Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

- Then I went to take care oral health using floss then listerine before I brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.

- To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
