Yesterday Improvements

Today

  • Future add in cybernetic review
  • Social plan much easier now after target set, future might make it less prescriptive
  • Tiredness feedback loop forming here, try bed earlier tomorrow

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.30
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.8kg
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and chat play Murray
  • Also vitamins, nuts and seeds taken
  • Also got boots and bag packed last night
  • Then fed Murray and training
  • Also got journal updated here and notion
  • Then leave at 7.50 after some dozing here

  • To get to work I drove to work
  • Listen to ted talk - cyborg future modifying body
  • Arrived at station then train

  • Then went to go get lunch at 1

  • Now back, did work on smalls again
  • Then finished up at 3.30

F Lab

  • Went to go work in smalls Lab
  • Got praise from dot for keeping the lab up and running here
  • Now then away at 4.45.

Easterhouse

  • Then went to go and walk on back home

  • Then home, big welcome Murray, chat Hannah briefly
  • Got changed upstairs
  • Then down, brief chat hannah
  • Now went to go update Journal here + evernote
  • Updated slack information here as well
  • Had dinner of pizza leftovers
  • After that back through to work on social plan again
  • Then Murray barking so took him out

  • Here walked Murray around past railway line here then home

5.  Rest of night

  • Updated journal here
  • Then work on app work then Spanish search
  • Hannah all excited about garden stuff as got quote in for it
  • Tired out so had plans put on hold, watch tv = x-men
  • Updated evernote here and journal too before bed.

Reflect

  • Tiredness feedback loop forming here, try bed earlier tomorrow

6.  Bed

  • To Improve health brush teeth
  • Did some browsing here on phone as well
  • Then bed and sleep at 1.30
