Yesterday Improvements

- To plan for today I awoke at 6.30
- Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom
A Bathroom
- Then I went to take care oral health using floss then listerine before I brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
- To keep eye on Health weigh self 85kg
- To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
- To get sorted out and went to change
- Now to get sorted headed on downstairs
2. Downstairs
- Here went to go feed and chat play Murray
- Also got boots and bag packed last night
- Then fed Murray and training
- Also vitamins, nuts and seeds taken
- Then leave at 8.10 after some dozing here

- To get to work I drove to work

- Slight issue as Road blocked for 4 weeks but got in ok

- Also Tony round, spoke to him about garden work and how getting on with his mum
- Then went to fix up smoke alarm beeping here
- Had dinner of pasta veg stuff Hannah made
- After that back through to work on social plan again
- Then Murray barking so took him out

- Also throw ball for Murray for a while too

- Afterwards got the SQL script work sorted on case statements case when ..... then....
- Then work on crypto ebook here, Spanish search
- Updated evernote here and journal too before bed.
