Yesterday Improvements

  • Up earlier so far been fine getting more work done here

  • Importance of put self in different situations to challenge beliefs
  • Idea - Create challenge belief plan
  • Meditation videos useful here in putting self in calm state of mind
  • Connection between shop and library, important to give reason to break here
  • Library not good for access lab stuff, better in training room
  • Memory plan - Perhaps more effective at home
  • Consider music/Ted talk or Youtube videos here
  • Social plan major benefits = Possible publish project in journal
  • Mentor IBMS working well here

  1. Wake up
  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.30
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health using floss then listerine before I brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 85.4kg
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change, chat Hannah here as well
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and chat play Murray
  • Also got boots and bag packed last night
  • Then fed Murray and out
  • Also Dishwasher emptied and washing on
  • Updated journal here after email sorting
  • Updated vocab plan after laptop out and notion work
  • Also had vitamins here
  • Did some training with Murray as well here
  • Then leave at 7.50 after updated notion here

  • Then went on to chat when got Message Hannah saying she had hurt head
  • Called her to see how she was
  • Now went to library, after got choc in shop
  • Get emails sorted but very slow

  • Now back, did work on Hpv
  • Then finished up at 3.30

Break

  • Then went on to chat in Foyer
  • Here evernote review and social plan work
  • Message Hannah to see how she was

F Lab

  • Went to go work in HPV Lab
  • Now then away at 4.45.

  • Now walked along to coatdyke
  • Here did chat with locum paul at the station

Train

  • Here updated notion and browsing memory plan

  • Memory plan - Perhaps more effective at home

Easterhouse

  • Then went to go and walk on back home

  • After that, to cheer up Hannah ordered her in food from kastriots
  • Then went to go and throw Murray ball here as no walk due to hannah watch from accident

  • Updated slack information here as well as social plan
  • Updated journal here + emails sorted out and sent

  • Also Uni Histology work + image
  • Also watch tv with Hannah - she watched eastenders etc then she went upstairs to bed as still sore
  • Update python
  • Then work on crypto ebook here, Spanish search
  • Updated evernote here and journal too before bed.
  • Then went to bed at 12.00.

6.  Bed

  • To Improve health use floss, listerine and brush teeth
  • Did some browsing here on phone as well
  • read kindle here as well - Salvation final one in series
  • Then bed and sleep at 12.50
