Yesterday Improvements

  • Future charger in kitchen so incident does not happen again
  • Social plan bonus - Add value to messages eg Murray pics, new info etc
  • Work burnout review - Day check make sure avoid that
  • Noticed review to cut down news etc providing more useful time for other pursuits
  • Memory plan - working well, will use future acroynms
  • Idea - Control influences in life, work included here
  • Writing ideas went well - putting interesting ideas in writing improving it I think
  • Also cryptocurrencies, - looking better now got the intro, making it more interesting
  • Power of persistence overcomes lot of obstacles shown by software hunt for sqlite to postgresql

  • Idea - Reflect on week here seemed to go well thanks to extra time

  • To plan for today I awoke at 8.30 by Murray

2.   Downstairs

  • Now went to go and let Murray out after feed him
  • Next took cod liver oil and multivits, nuts, seeds
  • Then back up, chat hannah
  • I went to go read kindle - sid meier biog, browse/doze before, then went to the bathroom

  • Here floss, listerine, brush teeth before shaving
  • Weigh self at 84.6kg, Record on phone
  • Then shower using shampoo, body wash and facegel
  • Then go get changed into blue jeans, purple/light wine colour jumper here
  • Here chat Hannah who and Murray
  • Then head on downstairs

3.  Downstairs

  • Here chat Hannah who arrived downstairs early + Murray back too
  • Had nice breakfast Hannah made here as well
  • Then chat Hannah + Murray play
  • Now went to sort out dishwasher here
  • Reviewed emails, try to fix teams issue but too persistent, think admin contact needed
  • Next organised journal and evernote
  • Also did whatsapps and emails sorting, facebook, texts etc
  • Murray barking bit distracting here but he eventually went out with Hannah to park
  • Then did management course work too + messaged a few people here on it
  • After that organised my own emails too - interesting one josh specter here link
  • After that did some work on sorting out work stuff - shredded old wage slips
  • Then review idea to move from evernote to notion, took a while here but seemed to work
  • After that Hannah home and play Murray for a bit
  • Then had dinner of pizza while chat mum, fiona on whatsapp here
  • Also went to go and update memory plan as well as reviewing notion plans now moved over
  • After that went to go and play with Murray as well as walk him

4  Home

  • Then home and went to go and update journal here
  • Also did some review of evernote too
  • Now worked on SQL then memory plan
  • Afterwards went to go work on python
  • Also browsing spanish search here too
  • Saw prog hannah put on casualty here
  • Then watch tv with Hannah - prog with boxing being run by mobsters
  • Then went to watch = Trump prog
  • Hannah now went to bed after chat friends

Reflect

  • Idea - Reflect on week here seemed to go well thanks to extra time

5.  Rest of the night

  • Once back, went to work on evernote and journal again
  • Here I now put Murray out before bed
  • Then bed at 12.00

6.  Bed

  • To Improve health use floss, listerine and brush teeth
  • Brief chat Hannah here before she dozed off, concerned she is becoming depressed
  • Updated journal and Evernote after browsing
  • Also review Aave and decided to go for it
  • Read kindle here as well - sid meier biog
  • Then bed and sleep at 4.00
